“I first contacted AMCO after receiving a brochure and I spoke with Carissa. I was interested in finding another type of mat for our service station staff to stand on. Right from the start, Carissa was very helpful and gave me all the information I required and suggested we try the Orthomaster mat on trial.

Trialling the mat only after 2 weeks, I ordered another 2 mats for our staff. “Thanks to the updated emails coming through AMCO around matting technology and after reading the features of this matting around support and comfort I decided to give the Orthomaster a go at one of my WorkCentres.

With the Orthomaster mat, operators have seen/felt a noticeable difference with easing of pain on their legs and feet, also commenting that back pain is no longer present due to the comfort of this matting. “Dowell Windows have been purchasing the Orthomaster #1 anti-fatigue floor mats for our production team for some time now. These are not the first anti-fatigue mats we have purchased over numerous years but once we tried this particular type of mat it has been difficult to order any different brands or types.

Once tried by our workforce, particularly in departments where our Operators stand in a static location for most of the day, we have heard nothing but praise for this type of mat when directly compared to what we had been using for several years.

“I would like to give some feedback on the mats we purchased about a year ago.

The reason I started looking for floor matting was due to complaints of sore feet and ankles from our panel saw operators who are walking back and forth all day putting pressure on the same area of the foot.

I asked our physio what he would recommend and he said an orthopaedic mat over the area would help.  So that is what I did.

Since having your orthomaster mats in our high impact areas (we identified a couple of other hi risk areas) we have had no issues with sore feet and ankles and where there would be absenteeism from this we have had zero complaints or issues in the areas.

All feedback from the floor has been positive and they are as good now as the day we installed them a few years back. Thanks.”
