What is the HACCPER Sanitising Foot wash?
The HACCPER Kapazi mat is the new sliced bread for contaminant prevention and sanitation. Replacing the obsolete Boot dip sanitising mat, the HACCPER is a more effective and lower profile commercial grade sanitising footbath.
Why is everyone talking about it?
For starts – it is much safer to use on pedestrian walkway and at entrances. It is less than half the height of the traditional Boot dip mat, and has a much more refined bevel. This eliminates trip hazards, but also allows for trolleys, carts and gurneys to be pushed over and through the mat with ease, without bumping and content spillage!
Besides this, the multi-directional spaghetti loop cleans and scrubs the soles of footwear and castor wheels in a variety of angles, ensuring a through clean. The old-style Boot dip mast only cleaned on the tips of the fingers, where the HACCPER Sanitising foot wash traps dirt, debris and contaminant from all parts of the footwear. This technology provides a premium clean in without having to ‘scuff’ footwear in the sanitising chemical.
Finally – waste chemical is eliminated. The patented sanitising foot mat, loop baffle system means that splashing and solution spillage do not occur. This keeps your floors slip free and safer for pedestrians.
Does it last?
For sure! Where our traditional Boot dip mats failed in being heavy to move, leaching black marks and perishing rubber bevels, the HACCPER Kapazi mat is made from a lightweight PVC that provides a tough and durable backing, which eliminates cracking, perishing and curling edges!
Why should I use it? My old sanitising Bootdip mats seem to be ok…
Apart from the simple answer – you will further eliminate contaminants entering a sterile environment – the HACCPER Kapazi mat will save you money. Think;
Saved money from less chemical use due to no spillage
- Less potential for QA contamination issues
