We started a new page Hot NEW Products a few months ago. And, today, we add a new product to the page: Sweepex Grain Brooms.
First of all, I must admit, the product is not strictly speaking new to us. It is a product the business was founded on and have been selling since 1998 under the name of Workwell Equipment. This business Workwell Equipment then led us into the field of workplace safety and worker comfort and health in his/her workspace. From there, our concentration centred on matting: anti fatigue, anti slip, etc..
But, we have sinced added ancillary products and now we officially add the Sweepex Grain broom to this range.
The photos shown here were taken at Fletchers Abbattoir in Dubbo, NSW. While mainly used to clean up grain, the brooms were also used to other clean up duties.

The points to consider with the product is you can extend the use of a forklift, loader or telehandler to clean up floors off grains and other material easily. Ideal for use in grain storage areas, silos, coal handling ports, quarries and so on. The brooms can also be used to clean wet slurry.
The product is really a simple bit of equipment. Grain Brooms Bristles are easily replaced and the brooms also suppress dust build up. The closely spaced bristles trap fine particles and prevent them from becoming airborne. Note that the more bristles there are, the better the dust retention.
With no moving parts, high efficiency and minimal dust generation, they are very economical to own.
