These Sports interlocking mats were used for the Alicia Molik Optus playoff at Visy Stadium Melbourne in February 2011. After much testing of other interlocking mats this Sports Mat was chosen for 2 reasons.
- Test Results revealed an extra 18% higher bounce over than concrete making the game very fast.
- The Weather forecast showed that rain was imminent and good grip was necessary – This Sports Mat was chosen for the job.
- Line Marking – More Testing until we came a across a manufacturer with flexible line marking paint at the end of the day the Interlocking mats tiles looked non the worse for wear.
